Adams Music Conservatory Policies
A non-refundable fee is required at the time of registration. See Schedules
& Fees for Prices. A registration form must be completed and signed before
any student can begin music lessons. If the student is under 18 years old
the form must be sign by a legal guardian.
New students: Payment of your first month of lessons is due in full upon registration.
Continuing Students: Payment is due in full by the first lesson of the given month.
Balances: Students with outstanding balances will acquire a $10.00 late fee.
Refunds: Lesson payments are not refundable.
Methods: Payments can be made by cash, check, debit or credit card (Visa/MasterCard) at the Conservatory. Please make checks out to: Adams Music Conservatory
Unscheduled Absences - If you are absent from a lesson for any reason, payment is due for that lesson. No credits or makeups will be issued.
Scheduled Absences - If you are aware of any absences for the month, please inform the front desk by the fifth of the month. All scheduled absences are to be made up that given month. No lessons may be transferred to another month.
If a lesson is cancelled by a teacher, that lesson will be made up at the mutual convenience of the student and teacher.
Please do not credit your own bill. Any questions concerning your payment should be directed to Izabela Adams.
Checks with non-sufficient funds will be charged a $25 NSF fee.
You will be notified by the Adams Music Conservatory if a lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather or emergency. Any lessons cancelled due to weather or emergency will be credited to your account.
New students may assure a lesson spot for any upcoming month by paying a $50.00 reservation fee. The reservation fee will be applied to the tuition bill for those students who register for lessons. Reservations fees will not be refunded if the student decides not to commit to the lessons they have reserved.
Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed for payment of music lessons. When
lessons are scheduled and a gift card is used as payment, all terms and
conditions of our Policies and Procedures apply.
